We are now looking for an
ACCOUNT MANAGER, PROJECT SALES
to take full ownership of our residential project business in Finland. This is a role for an experienced professional who thrives on long sales cycles, complex stakeholder ecosystems, and the pursuit of excellence.
Your Mission
You will be independently responsible for Miele’s project sales strategy and execution in Finland. Your goal is to navigate the construction market value chain to position Miele as the undisputed first choice for high-end residential developments.
Strategic Growth: Drive the project pipeline from early-stage planning and architectural specifications to final contract execution.
Stakeholder Mastery: Build and nurture high-level relationships with developers, construction firms, architects, and investors.
Investor-Ready Communication: Utilize your seniority to articulate Miele’s value proposition, sustainability leadership (ESG), and long-term ROI to sophisticated decision-makers.
Process Excellence: Manage complex tenders and contracts with a highly structured and systematic approach.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Work independently in Finland while collaborating seamlessly with the Nordic sales and marketing organization.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, we wish you to have a blend of ambition, persistence, and commercial understanding.
Experience & Seniority: Experience in B2B project sales within the construction or premium building technology sector. You understand the nuances of the construction value chain and how to influence it.
Mindset: You are highly structured and systematic. You have the "stamina" for long-term projects and the ambition to reach the objectives set.
Independence: You are a self-starter who enjoys high autonomy. You take full responsibility for the Finnish market while reporting to the Nordic Sales Manager (based in Norway).
Investor Credibility: You have the professional presence to sell not just a product, but a premium brand vision to investors and developers.
Communication: Fluent in Finnish and English. You are as comfortable on a construction site as you are in a boardroom.
