CEO / ENTREPRENEUR / PARTNER

We are seeking a CEO / Entrepreneur / Partner for our client — someone ready to take the lead of a successful engineering workshop located in Southern Finland. The company has a broad and well-established product portfolio, holds market leadership for its products in Finland, and serves a strong international customer base. Approximately 60% of production is exported.

This is an opportunity to take responsibility for the business and develop it in your own direction. The current products already have an established customer base – your task is to grow this base and drive the business forward through new products and services.

• Experience and knowledge in engineering workshop operations, the paper industry, and industrial services
• Ability to acquire new customers and ensure business growth both in Finland and internationally
• Understanding of financial management
• Experience in business development and scaling
• Proven ability in teamwork and developing a positive work culture
• Willingness to become an entrepreneur and part-owner, with the possibility to become the majority owner over an agreed schedule/terms
