We are seeking for a local Marketing Manager to join our Miele Professional B2B team in Vantaa, Finland
MARKETING MANAGER
to manage and support marketing activities in a wide range of industries in the areas of laundry, dishwashing, medical, dental and laboratory technology.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Execute regional marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives
Administer and allocate local marketing budget, and manage local product offerings and content production independently or through agencies
· Coordinate go-to-market planning, product information updates, local trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives
· Oversee search engine advertising (SEA) and localize regional content
· Support sales and service teams with necessary marketing assets
· Collaborate with global and regional teams to align product strategy and initiatives
· Manage internal and external communications related to product range and strategy, and coordinate marketing campaigns and materials locally
· Administer and maintain the local website and webshop, ensuring digital content accuracy and relevance
Your Personal Attributes:
Operational mindset with strong execution skills
Proactive, forward-thinking, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders
Customer-oriented with excellent collaboration and communication skills
Premium presentation skills
Execution Skills: Ability to effectively implement marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality
Proactive Approach: A tendency to take initiative and seek opportunities for lead generation and sales growth, rather than waiting for direction
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Strong marketing experience (B2B) with an operative focus
Coordinating local needs with regional strategies
Fluency in Finnish and good communication skills in English, knowledge of Swedish and German are considered as an advantage
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, META etc.
Experience working in a matrix organization and project management is beneficial
Familiarity with SAP and product management is beneficial
